The following is the policy of the membership and use of the 33rd Judicial District Content Management System

. By your joining and remaining on this system you agree to abide by these policies and if you cannot adhere to them, you must not continue your subscription. Either delete your account or ask for assistance in deleting your account.

MEMBERSHIP: Membership is limited to attorneys and their staff, the district judge and staff and the elected District Clerks.

APPROPRIATE SUBJECT MATTER: Postings shall be limited to matters affecting practice before the 33rd District Court or legal matters in general. This may certainly include internet and email usage and other uses of technology within the District.

RESTRICTION ON CONTENT DISSEMINATION: What happens here stays here. That is, content (either original or comments thereto) may not be forwarded or otherwise shared with persons or entities not a member (as restricted above) of this site. It is the intent of this policy that when a member posts a message the poster may rely on the fact that it will be read and discussed only by members of the site and not otherwise. This is done in an effort to encourage an open discourse on matters among those having a "need to know."

ATTORNEY CONTROL OF STAFF: Counsel shall insure that any of their staff personnel who are permitted to subscribe to this list will adhere to these policies.
