This supplemental charge was given in response to a question by the jury about whether the term "permanent" in the PMC question meant that it could never be changed. All sides agreed to this language which is a paraphrase of FC Sect. 156.101. Comments are invited. It occurs to me that this may be an appropriate addition to the main charge language.
