Attached hereto is the Standing Order Regarding Property and Conduct of Parties in Divorce and Suits Affecting the Parent-Child Relationship. This order is effective immediately for all filings after this date and for all amended petitions or counter-petitions filed after this date.
In essence, it creates a mutual TRO on the most essential matters for persons, property, and (where applicable) conduct regarding children. The Children's Bill of Rights is made a part of the order. It is anticipated that most cases will, therefore, require neither TRO nor temporary orders.
It is the intent of the judges that no application be filed in these cases for temporary relief other than one requesting necessary relief that is NOT covered by this standing order.
