I found what promises to be a handy (and free) home inventory program to aid in documenting your belongings for the eventuality of an insurance claim. it allows not only describing by room or area each item, but attaching a photograph and receipt as well.

Should work very nicely for law offices as well.  Do yourself a favor and make that inventory of your office, and then put this item in your monthly client newsletter and do a favor for your clients.
