33rd / 424th District Courts

These rules were approved by the judges of the 33rd Judicial District and have now been approved by the Supreme Court of Texas as of May 10, 2004. This posting, along with the posting of the rules in the office of the District Clerk of Burnet County, constitutes the commencement of the 30 day publication requirement under Rule 3 T.R.C.P. This posting is made after 5:00 p.m. on May 20, 2004 and is effective May 21, 2004.
