Texas Lawyers for Children provides statewide assistance to judges and attorneys who handle child abuse and neglect cases. TLC's services include:
Operating an online legal resource center with a multitude of legal materials and information, including contributions provided by practitioners around the state;

Maintaining private email lists allowing judges and attorneys to collaborate with their respective colleagues through Colleague Connection; and

Building a network of pro bono attorneys to provide related services.

I've seen a brief demo and it is a tremendous resource that's very affordable.
