How can a "chatbox" be explained? It's sort of like an instant messenger where everyone can see the comments by anyone in the chat. Start a chatbox by clicking the link for that under the Quik Links. Join an existing chat by clicking the "join the chatbox" link here.

Once you're in a chatbox you'll be viewing it in a separate browser page and can continue browsing. Your browser must have java enabled.

Just remember, everyone in the chat sees everything you "say" there. To make a comment in the chat just type a note in the box near the lower left of the open chat window and either hit ENTER or click the 'say' button. Your browser will refresh the chat screen (by default) every 10 seconds and you can change that setting in the chatbox.

To leave it, just close the chatbox window.
