• in any event, you must make a genuine attempt to clear possible dates with the other side.
•  When you have your date firmed up, use the provided form to notice the other side.
• File the original with the clerk's office.
• Send a copy to CA to confirm the date that you are using.
• If you omit this step, you will not actually have a setting.
