33rd / 424th District Courts

The Court uses a "Notice of Setting" procedure. The short explanation is that you obtain the date from the Court Adminstrator's office (CA), notice the other side, send the original for filing in the case file with a copy to the CA. A form is provided for that purpose in both WordPerfect and PDF formats.
