Please have them prepared and submit to the Court at the time a plea is entered or any other disposition is made of the case other than from a jury trial. The forms are on the web in the criminal forms section.

The proper use of this form can save you and the Court a lot of time, especially on the large dockets we're having in Burnet and Llano now.
Advantage: Take time to review your case w/ DA's office, check of the form and sign. You're done.
How we'll use it: The docket will be called at the appointed time. The Court will then recess for a period of time sufficient for you to finish conferring and complete the form. The Court will still be available for anyone with matters they wish to confer about ... possibly hear small matters such as bond reductions, etc.
The goal: Don't waste the time getting the announcements on the record, give real time for actual conferring between lawyers, clear out all of these matters and save the rest of the time for matters that need actual court time.
