This is a dandy program. It's free but takes a while to run. It's worth doing maybe monthly.

Many of the forms on this site are published in Adobe(r) Acrobat Portable Document File (PDF) format.

Interesting site that gives a feed from all of the main internet security sites (Norton, McAfee, Internet Storm Center) with info on viruses, worms, hoaxes, etc.
