In this section will be presented information regarding self-representation, i.e. the individual litigant proceeding either without an attorney at all, or by using an attorney only on a limited basis. The information will be presenting separately for the individual and the attorney because the consideration are totally different. However, the potential client wishing to hire an attorney on a limited basis may find the attorney information page to be helpful in understanding the constraints under which any such engagement can be made.
